Q. How do I get to the beach?
A. Use the second floor exit to the pool deck and to the
beach. From the ground floor, exit the parking lot through the gate at
the southeast corner of the parking lot (under the pool deck.)
Q. Something in my unit doesn't work. How can I get it fixed?
A. Contact the real estate rental company or the owner from whom you
rented the unit.
Q. I have two cars. Where can I park the second car?
A. You can conveniently park on 94th street.
Q. My keys don't work, or I have only one set of keys. Where can I get
additional keys?
A. The real estate rental company or owner through which you rented
your unit can provide extra keys.
Q. Why can't I park trailers, large trucks, large vehicles and large
campers occupying more than one parking space, motor bikes, motor scooters,
mopeds, electric scooters, boats, and jet skis on the parking lot?
A. 9400 Rules and Regulations prohibit such vehicles on the parking
lot.
Q. Why do I have to pay for parking? I thought it came with the
unit. No one told me I had to pay extra.
A. Rental company brochures clearly state that a building registration
fee is required.
Q. Where is a good seafood restaurant?
A. There are too many good seafood restaurants in Ocean City to pick just one.
Q. Where can I do laundry?
A. There are coin operated washers and dryers, change machines, and soap
dispensers on the ground floor.
Q. Where can I get soda or cold water?
A. There are coin operated machines in the laundry, the second floor lobby,
the pool deck, and at the southeast exit from the parking lot to the beach.
