Reserved Parking Restrictions Will Be In Effect From Memorial Day through
Sunfest Weekend
What Does This Mean?
There is only one designated
parking space per unit, identified by the unit number.
A vehicle may be parked only in its designated space.
Additional cars may be
parked on the street. At times, additional parking spaces may be
available at a cost of $25 per stay. Please check with the 9400 office
for availability.
Owners/spouses, their children, their parents and their brothers and sisters
park free of charge but must have their automobile license number registered
in the 9400 office or go into the office for a free pass to be placed on the
car dashboard. All others pay a $25 per stay building
registration/parking fee.
Restrictions - No boats, motorcycles, trailers, junk vehicles, vehicles
without current registration, large trucks, large vehicles and large cars
occupying more than one space, motor bikes, motor scooters, mopeds, electric
scooters or jet skis are allowed on the parking lot.
How Is Parking Controlled?
There are inspections made each morning and throughout the day to
ensure proper parking identification is displayed on each car in the parking
lot.
Individuals required to pay the building registration/parking fee are given
a special parking pass (after paying fee) to be displayed on the car
dashboard.
Owners must register their cars' license numbers with the condo office.
Owners of cars without proper identification are notified by placing a
notice on the car and at the condo unit door that they must take proper
action to be allowed to park on the premises.
Eventually, those without proper passes will be towed. Unregistered
cars will be towed to the Ocean City Police impound lot at 65th street.
Towing and fines total approx $255 and must be paid in cash. For
information, call Police Information at 420-723-6610.
