1) Entrance doors are locked 24 hours a day.  Please carry your keys to gain entry.  A $25.00 fee will be charged to anyone who has to be let into the building or unit by 9400 management.  After 10 P.M. the fee is $50.00.

2) Please park in the parking space that corresponds with the unit number.  There is only one parking space per unit.  Renters must obtain a valid parking pass at a cost of $25.00 per stay.  Cars without valid parking passes will be towed.  Campers, boats, jet skis, motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, mopeds, electric scooters, and vehicles occupying more than one parking space are not allowed on the 9400 parking lot.

3) Shoes and shirts are required at all times in the common areas and elevators.  No food or open drink containers are permitted in the common areas.

4) Please do not hang towels, clothing or other articles over the balcony railings.  Dropping, throwing, or sweeping anything from a balcony or window is cause for eviction.

5) Renters and guests may  not have a pet of any kind.  Owners' pets must be on a leash in the common areas and must  display the 9400 dog tag.  Pets are not allowed on the pool deck.

6) Please use the second floor to enter and leave the deck, pool, and beach.  The pool and deck are open from 9 A.M. to 10 P.M.  Pool tags are required when entering the deck and pool area.  Lost pool tags must be replaced at a cost of $10.00.

7) Before entering the building or elevator, please dry off and remove sand.  No wet bathing suit attire or oily bodies are permitted in the elevators, lobby, or any interior common area.

8) A city ordinance prohibits the use of grills inside or outside the units.

9) Bikes and surfboards are only allowed in the first floor storage area.  Rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, and supermarket carts are not permitted in the building, deck or parking areas.  No flying of kites from the deck.

10) 9400 management, security or other staff will not take messages for guests.  The building does not have a switchboard.  No one is allowed to use the office fax, email or internet.  Please remember that 9400 Condominium is not a hotel or motel.  Many owners live here and want their home and grounds to be treated with respect.
